Update: Starting 7/15/2022 we no longer offer small 1/2 beef for $999, all our beef cattle are now "Yearlings", over 800 lbs / 1 1/2 to 2 years old for best value and yield.

Enjoy the amazing taste and all the health benefits of grass fed beef.  Put your mind at ease ... we only feed green or dry grass, no hormones, and no pink slime, in fact, unlike other farms that package up to 70% of the beef as ground, we arrange for you to receive 85%+ of your cattle as steaks and roasts, only 15% in ground beef.  In addition, you will also receive the fat / trim / organs, and even the bones.  Everything is deboned except for New York Steaks and Ribs.  .

Use selector below to choose the cattle size that fits your budget and requirements.  You can either take your cattle alive and arrange to have it sent to any processing facilities, or take advantage of our free processing service offered to our clients as a courtesy at no charge.  If an entire cattle is beyond your budget or requirements, take advantage of our "Cowpool" service, by allowing us to coordinate for the cattle to be divided in two equal shares offered to you and another one of our clients.

2 Operations, Temecula serving all of S. CA, and Ocala serving all of Florida.  Your order will automatically get routed accordingly based on your location.
